Did You Over Eat This Weekend?

Coming off of a weekend is difficult sometimes. If it’s a holiday weekend it can be even worse. Need help getting back on track? Here are a few tips that work for me. If you think these might help someone you know, please share.

1. Take your supplements throughout the weekend.
2. Don’t starve yourself.
3. Don’t skip breakfast
4. Up your water intake.
5. Start your day with a high intensity workout.
6. Eat your veggies first.
